The WineStationTM
Better wine ~ better prices
Vinostrology is Bellingham’s only wine purveyor to feature the WineStation®. In fact, there’s only one other place in Washington that uses these magical mystery machines and it’s a swanky hotel in Bellevue. Because the technology guarantees freshness*, these wine-storage units allow Vinostrology to pour the best variety with the most competitive pricing on wines by the glass.
The WineStation's dispensing heads keep the wine safe from oxidation, so it can last up to 60 days in the machine (not that ours ever stay around that long!). It's temperature controlled system also keeps the wine at the perfect temperature at all times, as well as being environmentally friendly and energy efficient. No hazardous pollutants or refrigerants are used - simply argon gas for freshness (think of a beer keg but better, it's got wine!).
*Each of our five units uses argon gas to preserve the wines for 60 days. Avoiding spoilage (an opened bottle typically lasts no more than 3-5 days) means we can try more, and better, wines.
